THE WAY OF MEDITATION

there are many theories and principles of meditations. every body is mediating any one thing. in true sense meditation is a form of self- introspection. meditations are in good and bad ways.a shop keeper is also  meditating for the costumers.doctor is waiting for a patience.thieves are meditating for thefts.so what is he real way of meditation .MEDITATIONS OR DHYAANS are four types and also each have four types so in this ways dhyaans are 16 types.1 AARTA DHYAAN 2ROUDRA DHYAAN 3DHARAMYA DHYAAN 4 SHUKLA DHYAAN. 1AARTA DHAANS ARE 4TYPES ANISHTA -SANYOGAJ AARTYA DHYAAN.2 ISHTA VIYOGAJA AARTYA DHYAAN 3 VEDANAJANYA AARTYA DHYAAN 4NIDANAJ AARTYA DHYAAN.2 ROUDRA DHYAANS ARE 4TYPES 1 HINSA 2 JHOOTHA  3 CHORI 4 VISHYA SANRAKSHAN 3 DHARMA DHYAAN ARE FOUR TYPES--1-AAGYA VICHAYA 2APAYA VICHAYA 3 VIPAK VICHAYA 4 SANSATHAN VICHAYA 4 SHUKLA DHYAANS ARE 4 TYPES---1- PRATHAKTVA VITARKA 2EKATVA 3SOOKSHMA KRIYAPRATI PAATI4VYUPARAT KRIYA NIVRATRI.these classifications are according to JAINISM. ONLY SITTINGS AND MEDITATING IS NOT TRUE FORM OF DHYAAN.It varies person to  person and independent way of his approach. it reflects on the results of meditations. it is a very elaborate science now a days. it is my brief illustration of YOGA .
